Returns
- We accept returns within 30 days of purchase.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- All original contents, including manufacturer’s packaging, instruction manuals, warranty cards, accessories, etc., must be included.
- Final clearance items, mystery box items are not eligible for returns.
- Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or missing parts may not be accepted for return and may be subject to a partial refund.
Return Shipping Process:
Initiating a Return: To begin the return process, email us at support@vitapatchco.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. All returns must include an RMA number; returns without this number will be refused.
Shipping Costs: You are responsible for return shipping charges unless the product is damaged or an incorrect item was sent.
Shipping Recommendations: We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return. We are not liable for items that are lost or damaged during return shipping.
Packaging: Ensure that items are properly packaged. Items damaged during transit will not be accepted for return.
