30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
• Be unused and unopened
• Be in its original packaging
• Be free from damage, tampering, or alterations
• Include proof of purchase or order confirmation
Items that have been opened, used, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original packaging are not eligible for a refund.

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@vitapatchco.com and we'll work to make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Opened products
• Used products
• Gift cards
• Sale or clearance items
• Promotional or free items included with an order
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Subscription Orders
Subscription orders may be canceled at any time before the next billing date.
If a subscription order has already been processed and shipped, it is subject to the same return requirements listed above.
Refunds are limited to the most recent subscription charge only. We do not provide refunds for previous subscription shipments that were successfully processed, delivered, or not canceled before their renewal date.
Customers are responsible for managing or canceling their subscription before the next billing cycle.
