Return & Refund Policy
We accept eligible return requests within 30 days after you receive your order. We do not charge a restocking fee.
Return eligibility
Items must be new, unused, and unopened, in their original packaging with any seals intact. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Opened or used patches are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us for assistance.
How to start a return
Email support@vitapatchco.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to mail your package. Use the prepaid return shipping label included in your original package. If the label is missing, contact us for a replacement.
Returns must be sent by mail after approval.
Return shipping and fees
Return shipping is free when you use our prepaid return label. There is no restocking fee, and no return-label cost will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, email support@vitapatchco.com with your order number and, when possible, photos of the issue so we can help resolve it.
Exchanges
To exchange an eligible item, request a return first. Once your return is accepted, place a separate order for the item you want.
Refunds
We will inspect your return and notify you whether your refund is approved. Approved returns receive a full refund of the returned product’s purchase price, with no restocking deduction.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 calendar days after we receive your return. Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
